Bedroom Inspiration

Since we moved in to our 1920's house, we have been so busy with other rooms that we have not had a chance to even think about the bedroom. So, this year I plan to do something about that. I have been looking around for inspiration and so far I like ideas from all of the above, especially the very simple but elegant look.

Periwinkle Bedroom

I've been looking around for inspiration for my bedroom. Lots have things have inspired me, I particularly like the looks above. As I have a chimney breast and fireplace very similar to the one in the photo (above) it would be great to create a similar look to this one. However, my budget will not extend to the gorgeous lights shown so I will be hunting around for a similar but much cheaper version. Watch this space...

Charity Shop Finds

I love these little Charity Shop finds that only cost £1.00 each. The soap dish will fit snugly in the corner of the bath and the little Devon cream jug, which is so gorgeous, just cries out for a cream-tea party. Two little delights.
