Cook In

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a great weekend watching the Super Bowl. We had a very busy but lovely weekend celebrating my brother-in-law's birthday. Part of the celebration included going out for a Mexican meal. It was delicious!

Next weekend we are going to my sister's for a 'Cook In'. This is an evening that was devised by us with some of our very good friends. It all began last year when we were in Scotland. We went to stay with friends of friends and whilst the girls went out shopping the men worked together to cook us a fabulous Indian meal. Since then every now and again we invite friends over and we all cook together in a very sociable atmosphere. Someone takes on the role of head chef and the others mainly take on the role of soux chefs. The host supplies the food but everyone cooks together. It's great fun, why not give it a try and let me know what you all make for supper.
