People at work have been asking me how I place comments against a piece of work. So many have asked that I have decided that there may be more of you out there that do not know about this very practical tool.
Highlight the text you want to comment on. Go to insert and click on comment. Then you can write in the comment box (control-alt-M is the shortcut). Let me know if this is helpful. By the way if you are using Windows 2007 you need to click on 'review' then on 'new comment'.
